Carl emigrated to New Zealand and is a happily married, family man. He left Fiji after experiencing police brutality when he opposed the military coup. He arrived in New Zealand as a refugee.

He has studied the world income tax system, which led him to write four books on the topic. This knowledge has enabled him to create a package of tax reforms designed to invigorate the economy, restore national sovereignty, and return personal freedoms. He believes the banking system, and benefit systems need to be improved, to ensure that maximum incentives remain for productivity, while every family in New Zealand receives all the necessities for a good quality of life. He is also extremely concerned about rising national debt and would like to see this better managed.

Carl has extensive knowledge about the justice system having spent 17 years locked in the court system, he understands the deficiencies and believes there is a real need for judicial reform.

Carl’s interests include:

  • Inventor - He has won several inventor awards over the years, including ‘Peterson Portable Sawmill’ in 1988. My company was featured on the "Made In New Zealand" TV program in 1994, and was awarded the Small Business Exporter Award in 1994.
  • Identifying and highlighting the many areas of society wherein government has muted the voices of the people.
  • Agenda 21 and Agenda 30.
  • Book writing.

In the last 6 months he has created a package of tax reforms designed to invigorate the economy, restore national sovereignty, and return the personal freedoms that have been progressively removed. Carl supports the return of full national and personal sovereignty to all Kiwis.
